Physical Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 5 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition
• You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

Email passion4wholeness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
