Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. Delivery then takes 1 to 4 business days depending on your area.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from live courier rates for your address. You can choose standard or express. See our shipping policy for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you the courier name and a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our tracking page.
What if a product is out of stock?
We only sell what we have on the shelf. If a flavour shows as out of stock, check back soon or contact us to ask when it will be back.
Products
Do the products contain allergens?
Each product page shows the back of the pack with the full ingredient list and nutrition information. If you have a specific allergy, email us before ordering and we will help.
How should I store my muesli or smoothie mix?
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal it after every use.
Payment and returns
How can I pay?
You pay securely by card at checkout. Payments are processed by Yoco.
Can I return a product?
Read our refund and returns policy for what qualifies and how to start a return. If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

Where can I buy in store?
See our stockists for the supermarkets, farm stalls and specialty shops that carry the range.
Does Hannele offer nutrition consultations?
Yes. She offers online consultations with eating plans and training plans for cycling and mountain biking. Email passion4wholeness@gmail.com to book.
